Engaging with the community is always a heartfelt blessing, especially when it involves babies and puppies! Santa Claus generously visited our little ones at our brick-and-mortar location, spreading his contagious and joyful HO-HO-HO, reflecting the joy of his soul. Our guests indulged in cocoa and sweet treats, their bellies content.
Thoughtful and unique gifts were purchased, products handcrafted with attention to detail and love. It was a day of giving and unity that will remain unforgettable. Our first Cocoa with Santa was a success, and I'm already excited for next Christmas!
As I write this entry on January 1, 2022, I reflect on the rapid growth of the business. The HGC team is expanding, and more trees will have the opportunity to thrive. Starting a business during a pandemic? Why not!
The year 2021 was a rollercoaster of highs and lows, filled with hard work, tears, joyous days, and endless nights. It brought surprises, challenges, and organic relationships that blossomed for the common good.
The year provided lessons and taught me a few things as well. There were losses, far too many, but also significant gains. Our lives have transformed—not necessarily for better or worse, just differently. Isn't that our purpose? To evolve, learn, and grow with age?
I am grateful to everyone who believed in me throughout this journey, to the creators of goods for the store, and to my family and friends who've supported me unconditionally. Thanks to all who contributed to realizing my dream. I feel more liberated than ever before. The Lord's plan is evident; God's goodness is constant.
